Abstract:
Decision-Making is a very important skill for developers nowadays. In these last years as a consultant, I witnessed a lot of teams falling into the same mistakes. From these experiences, I extracted some anti-patterns that I want to share in this talk. For each anti-pattern, I will cover why it happens and some tips and tricks to tackle them.
